Information provided through this site

A project enquiry requests your name, email, business name, goals, package preference and timing. You may also provide your website and role. A human review request includes your email, website, package preference if selected, concerns, and the self-assessment summary. Do not include passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information.

How the website check works

The Clarity Check generates suggestions in your browser using your answers. It does not crawl the website you enter. Answers are included in a human review request only when you submit that request. The site code does not save form answers to browser storage; browsers may independently retain or autofill entries.

Purpose and service providers

Submitted information is used to respond to your request, assess potential work, and communicate about that enquiry. Forms are processed through Netlify when the site is deployed there. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, request logs and device information to deliver and secure the site. Google Fonts receives connection information when this site's fonts load. Payments

Deposit buttons take you to Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe collects payment and transaction information, contact details, and technical information under its privacy policy. Cortexa can access transaction records, payment status and customer details in Stripe to reconcile deposits and administer projects. This website does not collect or store full payment card numbers. Optional payment providers may process information under their own terms. Do not send card details through enquiry forms.

Cookies, tracking and communications

The current site code does not install advertising pixels or analytics scripts and does not set application cookies. Hosting and external providers may process technical information under their own policies. Sending an enquiry is not a subscription to promotional email.

Retention, access and rights

The owner must confirm actual retention periods and deletion procedures before this notice is final. Records needed for an active project, accounting, legal obligations or disputes may need to be retained. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of your information. A direct privacy contact will be added before publication; do not rely on this draft as the final request procedure.

Security and external sites

No online transmission or storage system is risk-free. Portfolio links lead to independent sites with their own practices. The services are intended for business enquiries, not for collecting children's personal information.

Changes

The final notice will show an effective date and identify material changes as required by applicable law.
